The job of the blueshield is to protect the lives of the heads of staff without impeding their ability to do their job. You are to maintain chain of command to the best of your abilities.
You do not care about criminals, you do not care about space law. You only care about the Chain. You do not do arrests. You do not uphold the law. You care about the lives of the command staff above your own.
Listen to command. When command breaks down, listen to the highest in command unless it is internal conflict within the chain. Maintaining the chain is important and if a element within the chain is causing harm. Defer to centcom via fax or your best judgement.
¶ Important Tidbits
- You are command staff, but you have little authority outside of keeping the heads alive.
- You are not security staff. Your job is to keep the heads alive.
