The Throat is one of the most important tools for a Monarch to efficiently rule over their land. Whether it is an announcement they need to make, a law they need to create, or someone they need to declare as an outlaw.
One important thing to note is that you require the Crown to do most actions listed below.

| Help | Will give you a list of the available commands. |
| Make Announcement | The next thing you say will be announced to everyone ingame |
| Make Decree | The next thing you will say on the throne will be made into a decree. |
| Make Law | The next thing you will say on the throne will be made into a law. |
| Remove Law | The number of the law you will say will remove said law from the kingdom's laws. |
| Purge Laws | Purge any laws of the Kingdom, making your Kingdom lawless at the moment. |
| Declare Outlaw | Declares somebody as an outlaw, sends an announcement to the whole server and marks that person as an outlaw, which guards can see on examine. |
| Set Taxes | Sets a percentage that will be taxed on whoever have a bank account |
| Summon Crown | If you are the Monarch will bring the Crown to you unless it is being worn by someone. |
