The Throat is the main device used by the Monarch and Court, entitling the Monarch or Regent to Make Announcements, Bring the Master Key to themselves, Change Positions and other very important things.
Knowing how to use the THROAT is crucial to being Leader of all Vanderlin.
Only the person currently wearing the Crown can use the THROAT, though some Commands are only usable by the Regent and Monarch whilst they wear the crown.
The Crown is objectively the most important item to the Monarch, guard it with your life. (literally)
