Like base Space Station 13's jobs, Vanderlin's classes determine the 'role' a player has in-game. Unlike base SS13 however, Vanderlin has far less emphasis on departments with most jobs being only a handful of slots outside of a certain few.
Classes also have a 'Minimum Player Quality' requirement as a replacement for an hours requirement. (Insert link to the Guide on Player Quality Here)
The keep of Vanderlin is not just for show. It is home to the most important of nobles.
